Company history
There were about 800 people employed in the NISA factory and most of the production was produced for export. The whole object was in a desolate state. It was necessary to invest in the construction of gas heating, sanitary facilities, to introduce drinkable water, to make a complete reconstruction of electrical distribution, lighting, to renovate the building with a new facade and to modernize production and office space. One of the main priorities was the purchase of modern CNC machines - machining centers and electro-erosive machining, which is progressing.
In April 1995, the current managing director Josef Nosek founded NISAFORM Ltd. He rented the existing building and created about 30 jobs from the dismissed employees of the former NISA factory. With the great efforts of his colleagues he built a universal tool maker. In the same year, the facility was purchased from the trustee in bankruptcy.
